Badsey Hall, Badsey

The Stone House, also called Badsey Hall, is an imposing late seventeenth century house. In the nineteenth century it was called Montpelier House and held a girls' boarding school. Here is a drawing of the Stone House occupied by troops in 1940.

This series of photographs takes you on a short tour around the village of Badsey in Worcestershire. The pictures were taken in 2000 and 2001 by Richard Phillips and Elizabeth Noyes.
